Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you are shopping from outside the British Isles, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept all of the major debit and credit cards We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Shipping And Handling All orders for mainland UK are despatched by 1st Class mail as soon as your order is received. The postage and handling charge for 1 item is £1.00. If you are ordering 2 items or more, the charge is £1.50. NB Any number of Eden Fast-Track tickets counts as 1 item for the postage and handling charge. Orders outside the UK. We will check the postage required and e-mail you back to notify you of the cost

Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to send your order on the day of receipt. Orders are despatched by 1st Class Mail so your order should arrive by the the next business day.

Back Orders If an item is not in stock, we will contact you to check if you would like us to keep the order until we can obtain the item for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
