Treloen has a magnificent cliff-top position on a beautiful stretch of coastline overlooking Mevagissey Bay. All of our apartments have spectacular sea views across the bay to Chapel Point. Within a 5 minute walk, there's the picturesque harbour of Mevagissey to the east with its many shops, pubs and restaurants or, to the west, the sandy beach with safe bathing and free public slipway at Portmellon.

Apartments vary in size to sleep from 2 to 6 people. All are double glazed and have colour television, CD players,electric cookers, microwave etc. Duvets and pilows are provided and a linen hire service is available. Electricity is by coin meter in accordance with SWEB tariffs. During the winter, central heating is included in the rates quoted.

On the premises is a launderette with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, an information room, a payphone, barbecue, games & recreation room plus children's play area.

Two holiday homes in this picturesque coastal village, surrounded by National Trust land. The cottages are an easy 3 minutes walk from the beach, harbour and coastal walks. Small craft can be launched from the beach, and rod fishing is possible from the harbour wall.

The Cottage is a lovely cottage in the heart of the village, built about 1800 - an easy 4 minute walk to the harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants.

On the ground floor, you have : entrance hall, lounge with kitchen / diner - electric oven, hob etc, plus a double bedroom. Up the wide staircase is a twin room with a cot, a bath / shower room and separate toilet.

The terrace garden has tables and chairs plus a rotary clothesline. Parking for 1 car.

Cherry Orchard apartment is a stunning Georgian apartment in the heart of the village, comprising main entrance and stairs to the 1st floor, lounge with kitchen / diner, 1 double & 1 single bedroom. Shower room with basin and toilet. Separate toilet.

The second floor has 1 large double and 1 large twin bedroom. A cot / child bed is available for these rooms.

Galleons Way is a detached 4 bedroomed property sleeping 7/8 people, with outstanding sea views across Mevagissey Bay, situated in a large secluded garden. It is a 5 minute walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. in Mevagissey, and a 7 minute walk from the sandy beach at Portmellon with pub and free public slipway.

Haven Cottage & Seamew, Gorran haven. A warm welcome is guaranteed at this pair of 1880 tastefully modernised semi-detached cottages situated barely 100 yards level walk from a safe sandy beach and picturesque harbour.

The cottages are ideal for elderly couples and families and both have small enclosed paved entrance areas. There are firm handrails on the stairs and each cottage is furnished to a very high standard. Gorran Haven is a delightful old fashioned fishing village with soft sandy beaches. The one mile long Vault beach is only minutes away, and there are magnificent cliff walks in this area of outstanding natural beauty. Mevagissey, well known for its quaint harbour, is only 3 miles away.

Quillet Cottage is a pretty, terraced cottage built around 1870 and totally refurbished by its present owners.

Pentewan is a pretty coastal village and the cottage is just 2 minutes walk from the safe, sandy beach. And only 50 'staggers' when coming back later on from the 'Ship Inn' ! As well as the pub, there is a good restaurant - The School House, a canoe hire depot, a gift shop, a water sports supplies and a bike hire depot on the Pentewan Valley Trail which leads up the valley to St Austell or off to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and then on to Mevagissey.

The accommodation in the cottage comprises; front entrance leading into a lounge with colour television - basic Sky satellite programs - plus DVD & Video plus Radio & CD player. The next room is the kitchen / diner with all facilities to provide for upto 4 people. Stairs lead to the 1st floor from the entrance way. The first floor has a double bedroom to the front and a twin bedded room at the rear. The bathroom has both bath and shower. In the rear garden, there is a utility room with washer and tumble dryer. Car Parking for 2 cars is about 50 yards further along the road and there is also a very pleasant patio there, overlooking the river.

A self-contained 1-bedroomed cottage, Nook Cottage is part of the large Higher Kestle Barn, a property built sometime around 1860 and converted in 1984.

Triple Deck is a very comfortable and attractively furnished property, close to the heart of the working fishing village of Mevagissey. It still retains its quaint streets and has an abundance of interesting shops, galleries, ancient inns, restaurants and cafes. The harbour, at the centre of village life, is only a short, level stroll from Triple Deck. There is an interesting Aquarium and a local Museum on the harbourside. Nearby are the Lost Garden of Heligan, it's only a short drive, west to Trelissick Gardens or east to the Eden Project.

On the ground floor, Triple Deck has a pleasant sitting room, dining room and small, well-equipped kitchen, including microwave. Holly Bank is a very comfortable, private bungalow in an elevated position, on the fringe of London Apprentice, just south of St Austell. Situated in its own delightful gardens, with patio and sitting area, there are beautiful views over the Pentewan valley and across to Kings Wood.

Polgooth village - about a mile away - has a good local pub and village shop. In London Apprentice, there is a local shop / fish&chip shop, Queenies, and a restaurant, the Kingswood.

There is very easy access to the Pentewan Valley cycle/walking trail, part of the Cornish Way, which leads to St Austell, or down to Pentewan, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Mevagissey. The Eden Project is about 6 miles

Sea Charm is a cosy one-bedroomed cottage with lounge/dining room, ktichenette and shower room. It is a small, well-furnished comfortable house, ideal for two people. It is situated about 20 yards above the safe, sandy beach at Gorran Haven, a small charming, fishing village about three miles along the coast from Mevagissey. There is instant access to the South Cornwall Coast Path from Sea Charm, with some of the best scenery in Cornwall on either direction from Gorran Haven.

Sea Charm has a comfortable, cosy sitting room with splendid sea views through double-glazed sliding sash windows, Colour television and video. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave and Baby Belling hob and oven. There is a modern shower room with power shower, toilet and basin, plus wall-mounted heater. Upstairs has a twin bedded room with glorious sea views. Heating is by night storage heater and electric fire - Sea Charm is a warm and cosy place.
