Miner's cottage in St Blazey, recently refurbished to high standards,
Chi-an-gof is only 5 minutes from the Eden Project and within a short drive of
the local beaches.
There
are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 people; a 4' 6" double, a 4' double and a bunk bedded
room. The bed linen is included in the rates. The staircase to the bedrooms is
steep and children should be supervised at all times.
The
cottage is double glazed, has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and
microwave and has full gas central heating . The bathroom has a bath with an
overhead shower. A shaver point is fitted. There is also a separate toilet
downstairs. The cottage has a large garden, ideal for children, with garden
furniture and off-road parking for one car. The town car park is less than 50
yards away.

and electricity are included in the price as is bed linen but not

run, working farm which produces beef and cereals. Home grown vegetables along
with local produce can be purchased from the farm shop.

cottages are situated less than 2 miles from the sandy beaches which form St
Austell Bay. And the world-famous Eden Project is within walking or cycling
distance so you can benefit your purse and the environment by walking or

Lyndhurst is a delightful country cottage, just 5 minutes from
the Eden Project and yet in an extremely tranquil setting with views across the
valley.
There are many other attractions within an easy drive from Lyndhurst;
Lanhydrock House & Gardens, Tregrehan, Pine Lodge and the Lost Gardens of
Heligan, and the coastal towns of Fowey and Mevagissey provide pleasant places
to wander, enjoy local food in the many restaurants and take in the sights. The
nearest local beach is just 3 miles from Lyndhurst. There is a pub within 2
miles which serves a wide range of meals throughout the day.
Lyndhurst is set in a large secluded garden, shared by 2 friendly cats and 4
chickens - always good at breakfast. The accommodation comprises : Lounge /
diner with colour television and CD player, there is a dining table and seating
for 4 people, Kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker and
microwave.
An
open staircase leads up to 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin provided with quilts

short slope where the river laps invitingly further down. The front door leads

French windows lead out to a balcony overlooking the river
Fowey with 2 patio chairs and a small table for al fresco eating. A spiral
staircase leads down to the large double bedroom with a four-poster bed and

Hammermill is a fine Edwardian House set in rural splendour and
yet is close to the local facilities of the neighbouring villages of Par, St
Blazey and Tywardreath. Approached down a long drive, Hammermill has an
attractive, private garden for our guests relaxation. In the grounds, the owner
has a Cabinet maker's workshop and can offer fine inlaid trinket boxes and
other items for sale. Antique restoration weekends are available in the quieter
times of the year. The Eden Project is a short drive, Lanhydrock House and
Garden only about 10 minutes, the literary port of Fowey and the coastline
towards Par are about a 5 minutes away. There are also several superb gardens
within a short distance; Marsh Villa, Pine Lodge, Tregrehan, the Lost Gardens
of Heligan etc.
Hammermill's front door leads into a sitting room with 3-piece
lounge suite, wood-burning stove, colour television, video and DVD player. The
sitting room enjoys view over the garden and onto the fields beyond. A
'library' of videos is available for the winter evenings. The kitchen / dining
room has a dining table for 4 people and an open fireplace. The kitchen area
has a microwave, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-with freezer compartment
plus all the necessary utensils, china and glassware for your holiday use.
There is access to the owner's utility room, which is adjacent, for washing and
drying laundry.
Stairs lead up to a landing - off here is the bathroom which has bath, shower,
basin and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms ; 1 double and 1 twin each with
wardrobes, drawers etc. There is ample parking for 2 cars. In the garden, a
barbecue and patio furniture is available.
