A Miner's cottage in St Blazey, recently refurbished to high standards, Chi-an-gof is only 5 minutes from the Eden Project and within a short drive of the local beaches.

There are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 people; a 4' 6" double, a 4' double and a bunk bedded room. The bed linen is included in the rates. The staircase to the bedrooms is steep and children should be supervised at all times.

The cottage is double glazed, has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and microwave and has full gas central heating . The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. A shaver point is fitted. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. The cottage has a large garden, ideal for children, with garden furniture and off-road parking for one car. The town car park is less than 50 yards away.

Gas and electricity are included in the price as is bed linen but not towels.

Facilities Sleeps 2 to 6.

Heating and Bed linen included in the rates. Colour TV. Children welcome but please note that the stairs are steep.

ETC 4 STARSCornhill Farm Cottages form part of a 130-acre, family run, working farm which produces beef and cereals. Home grown vegetables along with local produce can be purchased from the farm shop.

The cottages are situated less than 2 miles from the sandy beaches which form St Austell Bay. And the world-famous Eden Project is within walking or cycling distance so you can benefit your purse and the environment by walking or cycling to Eden - a discount is given at Eden people arriving on foot or by bike !

The Cottages are newly converted from Farm buildings, set around a landscaped courtyard. Great care has been taken to make them as cosy as possible. And we have ample under-cover parking with storage area adjacent to the cottages.

Post Office Cottage accommodation comprises a comfortably furnished siting room with beamed ceiling. There is a colour television, radio cassette player and fire. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen / diner plus utility room.

A cottage style staircase leads to 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, sleeping a maximum of four people. The cottage has a bathroom complete with overhead shower. A full linen service is provided; Bedlinen , bath towels, tea towels. Please bring your own beach towels !

Post Office Cottage is very close to all local amenities in the busy village of Par and only 5 minutes walk from Par mainline railway station.

Lyndhurst is a delightful country cottage, just 5 minutes from the Eden Project and yet in an extremely tranquil setting with views across the valley.

There are many other attractions within an easy drive from Lyndhurst; Lanhydrock House & Gardens, Tregrehan, Pine Lodge and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the coastal towns of Fowey and Mevagissey provide pleasant places to wander, enjoy local food in the many restaurants and take in the sights. The nearest local beach is just 3 miles from Lyndhurst. There is a pub within 2 miles which serves a wide range of meals throughout the day.

Lyndhurst is set in a large secluded garden, shared by 2 friendly cats and 4 chickens - always good at breakfast. The accommodation comprises : Lounge / diner with colour television and CD player, there is a dining table and seating for 4 people, Kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker and microwave.

An open staircase leads up to 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin provided with quilts and pillows The bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet. Heating is provided by a Wood Burning Stove in the lounge, supported - if necessary - by 2 electric convector heaters. A basket of logs is provided on arrival,. Extra baskets of logs are available at £1.00 per basket.

All bed linen and towels -apart from beach towels - are provided There is plenty of off-road parking Short Breaks of 3 nights or more may be available, please ask.

Hideaway is a truly tranquil, private property and yet it's set in the midst of the bustling little sea port of Fowey with splendid views over the river Fowey. The accommodation is approached from the main street, down a short slope where the river laps invitingly further down. The front door leads into open plan living area encompassing kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

The terracotta tiled kitchen has a gas oven and separate gas hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc plus all the pans, utensils, china and glassware for your holiday needs. A breakfast / dining bar separates the kitchen from the lounge area which has a comfortable double sofa-bed and a 2-seater cushioned cane settee and chair. There is a chest of drawers, a low coffee table and a coal-effect electric fire plus a conveniently placed colour television.

French windows lead out to a balcony overlooking the river Fowey with 2 patio chairs and a small table for al fresco eating. A spiral staircase leads down to the large double bedroom with a four-poster bed and plenty of clothes storage space. The bathroom has a separate walk-in shower. A door leads to a small laundry with washer and dryer machine and then out into a small yard.

The master bedroom has a king-size double bed with an open wardrobe, double dressing table and bedside tables. Bathroom and shower room. Cloakroom. Store room is available if required for boating equipment. There is a frappe mooring (a running mooring) which can hold a 13ft yacht or small boat.

Hammermill is a fine Edwardian House set in rural splendour and yet is close to the local facilities of the neighbouring villages of Par, St Blazey and Tywardreath. Approached down a long drive, Hammermill has an attractive, private garden for our guests relaxation. In the grounds, the owner has a Cabinet maker's workshop and can offer fine inlaid trinket boxes and other items for sale. Antique restoration weekends are available in the quieter times of the year. The Eden Project is a short drive, Lanhydrock House and Garden only about 10 minutes, the literary port of Fowey and the coastline towards Par are about a 5 minutes away. There are also several superb gardens within a short distance; Marsh Villa, Pine Lodge, Tregrehan, the Lost Gardens of Heligan etc.

Hammermill's front door leads into a sitting room with 3-piece lounge suite, wood-burning stove, colour television, video and DVD player. The sitting room enjoys view over the garden and onto the fields beyond. A 'library' of videos is available for the winter evenings. The kitchen / dining room has a dining table for 4 people and an open fireplace. The kitchen area has a microwave, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-with freezer compartment plus all the necessary utensils, china and glassware for your holiday use. There is access to the owner's utility room, which is adjacent, for washing and drying laundry.

Stairs lead up to a landing - off here is the bathroom which has bath, shower, basin and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms ; 1 double and 1 twin each with wardrobes, drawers etc. There is ample parking for 2 cars. In the garden, a barbecue and patio furniture is available.

The owner supplies a complimentary cream tea on arrival, so let him know your arrival time !
